Probix will never make an autonomous hiring recommendation. It produces a brief with qualifiers, interest, communication quality, and competency scores, and a human reads it.

No autonomous decisions
Probix will never advance or reject a candidate on its own. It produces a brief. A person reads it and makes the call.
Evidence before score
Every competency score is derived from verbatim transcript quotes, supporting and contradicting, pulled before any number is assigned.
The same interview, every time
Voice only, in a browser, 20 to 30 minutes, no account and no app. Candidates are told upfront that AI is part of the process.
Audio you can account for
Interview audio is stored securely, retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. It is never used to train models and never shared with third parties.
